On the afternoon of 13th June, nine Philips' volunteers and 95 students from Cangchang Primary School participated in the Philips Sports Day at Shanghai Rugby Football Club.

Every Wednesday afternoon is the extra-curricular time for Cangchang Primary School.

Since we started the after-school program on April 11, one and half months have passed. Now we open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for children to come and do their homework.

At 8:00am Sunday morning, over 20 scholarship families (80 parents and children in total) boarded the buses heading for Guhua Park.

Every Saturday and Sunday (2:00 – 4:00pm), our Beiyaowen Community Center is open to all the children and parents in the community.

On 27th. May, the annual Children’s Day party was unveiled at our Beiyaowan Community Center.

On 22nd. May, Dr. Zuo, at You Dao’s invitation, came to Beiyaowan Community Center to give a small lecture on personal hygiene, diet and nutrition, as well as common illness.

13th May is Mother’s Day. Our Beiyaowan Community Center was opened to the children and parents in the community on that day.
 

On the afternoon of 9th May, eighteen Philips volunteers came to Cangchang Primary School in Malu Town to interact with 108 students in 5th and 6th grade.
