Leonard Pratt has been working in and around China for 30 years, the last three of them as a resident of Shanghai.  A graduate of Columbia University, where he attended the East Asia Institute, he has a background in media production and media management, for which he has won several awards.  While in Shanghai he has focused on medical communications and regulation issues, and has worked on a variety of education projects with major multinational firms.  Mr. Pratt is fluent in Chinese and is a published author and translator.
