Joanna Ren was the Associate Director of Communications for Half the Sky Foundation before she joined You Dao Foundation. She had worked extensively with infant nurture, preschool education, foster family, youth services as well as medical care programs to ensure a better future for the underprivileged children in China. She had years of experience in program operation & coordination, training, as well as curriculum development.
