Creative Workshop at Mingtian Migrant school

On 22th November 2014 , volunteers from Boston Scientific traveled to Qingpu, Mingtian migrant schools and led an innovative workshop with students from Grades 4 and 5.
Boston Scientific volunteers were divided into 5 teams to partner with the students. Volunteers brought the students toys, gift and tools for the activities. They encouraged the students to develop and share with the group their future dreams using creative methods, such as playing a game, painting, singing and dancing.
With guidance from the volunteers, the children all actively participated in the event and expressed their dreams for the future using their creative imaginations. Some of the children expressed interests of becoming a scientist, while others dream of becoming a nurse or a teacher.
The activity brought a lot of enthusiasm to the children. Children were inspired to explore themselves more deeply than ever before and understood themselves better, having developed a clearer picture of their future goals.
The volunteers reminded the children to keep on studying hard , as they are the future of China.
